Class Details: 90 Min Endurance

As an alternative to the often mundane roller / turbo we are excited to be able to offer a weekly schedule of structured classes and one off race events.

How hard you are working can be determined through the measurement of a number of different indicators and parameters.

The groundbreaking Wattbike expert software enables us to monitor and analyse more than 39 parameters this includes the Polar graph (force profile) which is a unique feature for improving pedal technique and cycling performance and enables us in real time to show the peak force profile of the left and right downstroke and the balance within each leg.

The Wattbike also offers the opportunity to undertake a wide range of testing that will outline a base line of current fitness and the development of an agreed individual training plan.

These classes are between 60 - 90 minutes in duration (please see class schedule) and are aimed at individuals 16+ of all abilities.

If between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age you will need to be supervised by an adult at all times.

These classes consist of a warm up followed by a main workout and ending with a well deserved cool down period that includes stretching.

These classes will be of interest to road cyclists, triathletes and mountain bikers alike all aiming to improve their bike performance and general fitness

Endurance Classes

Endurance is defined as the ability to continue despite the onset of fatigue. Riding whilst seated at a low to moderate resistance and cadence our range of "Endurance" 60, 80 and 90 minute classes are great for individuals wanting to improve their cardiovascular fitness.

60 Minute Time Trial (60TT)

This class can be used to:
Measure Critical Power (maximum average watts) for 60 minutes
Maintain or improve upon previous performances stored on data card.
